Eureka

We had a great day out back in June to Eureka in Halifax.

We took a coach packed with excited people (especially teh adults) and everybody had a fantastic time - well done to Sheron for organising another fab day out.

Woodlands Club

Many thanks to the Woodlands Club, Rotherham for making us jointly Presidents Charity of the Year. RODS members Paul Critchlow and Sally & Dave Hacon recently represented

RODS at a charity night at Woodlands where their members rallied to raise a terrific sum of money. The exact amount is as yet unknown but a big THANK YOU to the President and

all at Woodlands for their generous support.

Pantomine

Our annual pantomine trip is once again going to be a great occasion and we expect that tickets will sell out fast.

At the time of going to print we don't have all the details but to register your interest please contact John Blackham on 01909 565046.

Join us for what is always a special time.

Thanks to all at the Rotherham Charity Cup for continuing to support us with another financial gift during the last 12 months.

Sheron recommends ....
Natalie nail and beauty

Sometimes as parents/carers it can be difficult to find people who are willing and confident to provide personal care services to people with learning disabilities. This newsletter

allows us to share positive experiences that our members have had.

We girls generally love to be pampered and I can recommend Natalie who is a fully qualified mobile beauty therapist - formerly of Hellaby Hall Hotel. She is great with Emily - and

the good news is ... us mum's can have something for ourselves too!

Natalie provides a number of beauty treatments you can enjoy in teh comfort of your own home. Tel. 07908 699385

Rotherham Show

Once again we had a stand at the Rotherham Show this year. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who gave up their valuable weekend time to man teh stand and spread teh word about

RODS and the services that we provide. Thanks to Steve and Gloria Brookes for all their work.
